No. Email will work fine to find and pay your ticket or bill. A phone only helps to receive text messages, making the transactions more efficient.

Do I pay a reduced fee or can I bid on my ticket or bill?

Enter your ticket number or drivers license number and City name to pull up the discount or bid status of your ticket. Or if it's a debt, enter bill/account number, zip code, and last name (All three must match).

Can the City or Creditor counter bid?

Yes. Then you have the final option to pay.

What kind of payment is accepted?

We only accept credit cards.

Where does my payment go?

It goes directly to the City or Creditor. is just a platform to facilitate getting your tickets or bills paid.

Is my transaction private?

Yes. All parties using the platform are under a Non-Disclosure agreement. This allows for better deals on both sides.

What if my ticket or bill amount is wrong? How can I investigate or dispute the details?

You will have to visit or contact the City or Creditor direct. does not have any details of the ticket or bill. We only provide a platform to pay a discounted amount.

Can I set up a payment plan?

Possibly, for amounts over $5000. Cities and Creditors may offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis.

How do I find my bill?

Enter your bill/account number, last name, and zip code. They must match to find your bill.

How much time do I have to pay my ticket or bill?

It depends on the Amnesty Period set up by your City or Creditor. Your local media may have the dates of the program. It is also in your free account upon registration. Your email must match the email used at the Creditor when you were granted credit.
