Amnesty Compliance LLC welcomes you to our website, Amnesty.com We would like to set out our agreement ("Agreement") for the use of our website with you.
Throughout this Agreement you will be known as "User" or "Vendor". The service and site we provide will be referred to as "Amnesty". A "User" is defined as a Citizen or Consumer. A "Vendor" is defined as a City, County, State, or Creditor.
Amnesty is a platform that facilitates communication and a possible financial transaction between a User and Vendor for services related to traffic violations and outstanding debts, for a set period of time, known as an "Amnesty Period".
Amnesty acts as a platform for Vendors and Users to exchange information with the goal of eventually paying an outstanding infraction or bill. Amnesty does not guarantee that User will successfully find a Vendor in this system.
The inclusion of any Vendor on this website does not imply an endorsement of the validity of the outstanding traffic violations or any other outstanding debts.
Amnesty does not have any details of any ticket or debt, other than the discounted offer by a Vendor during an Amnesty period. Once the Amnesty period expires, any an all offers by the Vendor are rescinded.
User and Vendor understands and acknowledges that Amnesty is not liable for any dispute, claim, controversy, or lawsuit that Vendor and User may have against each other arising from the use of this Website and Service.
User understands and acknowledges that while there is no charge or fee to User for the use of this Service, Vendor does pay a fee to Amnesty in order to use this Service and solicit business from User.
By signing up for Amnesty you agree that you consent to receive communications from us electronically and or by phone in regards to website related information.
Amnesty may occasionally send text message offers and alerts.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize Amnesty (Amnesty Compliance LLC) to send text messages to my mobile device. I understand that text messaging rates will apply to any messages received from Amnesty.
User and Vendor unconditionally and absolutely agrees to indemnify and hold Amnesty fully harmless from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the contents or use of the Service. User and Vendor further agrees that the defense and indemnity shall include without limitation attorney's fees and costs.
Amnesty may change the Agreement at any time.
Amnesty further reserves the right to discontinue the Website without notice. Amnesty reserves the right to change the company name and domain name at any time, and all contracts will carry over to the new name. User and Vendor agrees that Amnesty shall not be liable to User and Vendor or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service. User and Vendor acknowledges and agrees that any termination of Service may be without prior notice, and agrees that Amnesty may immediately delete data and files in the User and Vendor account and bar any further access to the files.
User and Vendor expressly agree that the use of the Service is at User and Vendor's own risk.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Amnesty expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Amnesty makes no warranty that the Service will meet User or Vendor requirements, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Furthermore, Amnesty does not warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service or that defects in the program will be corrected. Amnesty makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or information obtained through the Service or any transaction entered through the Service. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by User from Amnesty shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Any claims or disputes arising out of this Agreement, including any claims for violation of the terms of the Agreement, shall be resolved under the laws of the State of California and shall be subject to arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, and any court having jurisdiction thereof may enter judgment on the arbitration award.
If any term or provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect as written, the parties intend for any arbitrator construing this Agreement to modify or limit such provision so as to render it valid and enforceable to the fullest extent allowable by law.
Any provision not susceptible of such reformation shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent of the law. Furthermore, the provisions of this Agreement are severable, meaning that if any part is found to be unenforceable or inoperable, then such provision will be deemed severed, and all other parts will remain fully valid and enforceable.
